Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Project Management professional with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background to support PMO activities, coordinating engineering projects and tracking schedules. The role requires working with mechanical and electrical teams, monitoring deliverables, preparing status reports, and ensuring timely execution across cross-functional teams.

This position focuses on governance, risk identification, and proactive communication to keep projects

Qualifications

Background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in PMO or engineering project coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor engineering project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and other engineering teams to ensure project alignment.
Track project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management updates.
Support resource planning, documentation, and project coordination activities.
Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items.
Ensure projects meet established timelines, quality standards, and requirements.
