Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean six sigma and DMAIC.
• Experience with change management principles.
• Robotics experience with Fanuc, Stäubli, Mitsubishi, Epson.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).

Responsibilities

• Specify, acquire, install, and implement manufacturing equipment and automation.
• Upgrade automation equipment for safety, obsolescence, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems and process controls.
• Conduct FMEA and assess equipment and process risks.
• Develop validation protocols and data analysis to support improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and change controls.
