Job summary

iNRCORE Group's Dyco Electronics facility in Hornell, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive automation, process improvement, and equipment integration to support growth and quality objectives.

You will lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, develop business cases and ROI analyses, and mentor teams while ensuring safety and compliance within ITAR constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation/Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing automation, controls, machine design or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading projects from concept through implementation including budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve productivity.
• Lead automation projects from concept to validation and production release.
• Design, specify, and integrate automation equipment, robotics, and vision systems.
• Develop engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Provide ROI analyses, cost estimates, and project plans.
