You will identify cost-saving opportunities, develop machine specifications, review designs, and coordinate supplier activity to align with production needs.

You will also help maintain and improve existing automation machines while ensuring new equipment is developed and delivered safely and on time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in a manufacturing field.
• GD&T understanding required.
• Experience with safety practices in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow standard methods of work.

Responsabilités

• Purchase and design automation solutions and projects.
• Generate cost-saving opportunities and review machine designs.
• Coordinate supplier activity and prepare specifications for new machines.
• Lead reviews of new machine designs and manage construction schedules.
• Procure purchase orders for automation projects and support start-ups.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support ongoing automation improvements.
