Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or more than five years of experience in injection molding processing.
• Manufacturing safety and standard methods of work knowledge required.
• GD&T experience required.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to equipment design reviews and project planning.
• Strong organization and follow-through; coordinate purchase orders, supplier activities, and construction timelines.
• Proactive in identifying improvements, troubleshooting equipment, and presenting cost-saving opportunities to management.

• Purchase and support the design of automation equipment for manufacturing operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities related to automation and present recommendations to management.
• Maintain and improve existing automation machines and oversee ongoing improvement efforts.
