Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Automation Engineer to lead automation projects and optimize manufacturing processes in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will support robotics, controls systems, and Industry 4.0 initiatives across plant operations, collaborating with engineering, production, IT/OT, and vendors to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation, controls, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with robotics (ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of machine vision, industrial networks, and process controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
