Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking an Automation Electrical Technician to help bring our process control systems from concept to reality. Starting pay up to $40.00/hr based on experience, with a full-time day shift and opportunities to travel to customer sites for installation and field service.

You will build and wire control panels from electrical schematics, install conduit, and support project delivery while collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in panel building or skid wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Comfortable using PCs and MS Office (Excel).
• Service-oriented mindset with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire control panels from project schematics.
• Install conduit and pull wire for electrical control systems.
• Travel to customer sites to support installation and field service.
• Support project delivery by keeping projects on schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements and solve problems.
• Assist colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement in panel shop and skid wiring.
