Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking an Automation Electrical Technician to help bring our process control systems from concept to reality. Starting pay up to $40.00/hr based on experience and a day-shift schedule with 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities include building and wiring control panels, installing wiring per NEC/UL/IEEE standards, and providing field service at customer sites to support project delivery. Growth in automation and collaborative problem solving are emphasized in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in panel building, skid wiring, or related electrical role.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and apply them on the shop floor.
• Comfortable using PCs; Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire control panels using project electrical schematics.
• Install conduit and pull wire for electrical control systems on skidded systems.
• Travel to customer sites to support electrical installation and field service.
