Job summary

Happy Returns, a UPS Company in Valencia, California, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a high‑volume, automation‑enabled facility. You’ll drive performance, develop talent, and maintain a safe, energized shift through coaching and daily KPI reviews.

You’ll manage a team of 15–30 hourly associates, champion safety and process improvements, and report progress to leadership in a fast-paced environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required; 3+ years in fast-paced warehouse or distribution.
• Proven experience leading 10+ employees and developing talent.
• Comfort with automation, data, and performance metrics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 15–30 hourly warehouse specialists.
• Communicate daily goals, KPIs, and updates to the team.
• Coach and mentor associates with growth plans and feedback.
• Identify process improvements with leadership to drive efficiency.
• Maintain safety and a positive, engaged work environment.
