Job summary

Happy Returns, a UPS Company, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume, automation-enabled facility during your shift, driving performance and developing talent. You will coach a 15-30 person team, enforce safety, communicate KPIs, and implement process improvements with leadership.

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives on rapid change and delivers results. Valencia, CA location with potential weekend/nights shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting.
• Led teams of 10+ employees and pride in people development.
• Comfortable with automation, data, and performance metrics.
• Thrives in rapid change and growth with a can‑do mindset.
• Sharp eye for detail and high standards for quality.
• Strong communicator and team builder.
• Comfortable operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Experience with problem/conflict resolution.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 15 - 30 hourly warehouse specialists.

Who You Are

• A hands‑on leader with a B.S. or B.A. degree and 3+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced warehouse or distribution setting.
• You’ve successfully led and motivated teams of 10+ employees and take pride in people development.
• Comfortable with automation, data, and performance metrics—and you use them to make smart decisions fast.
• Thrive in environments of rapid change and growth and bring a “let’s figure it out” mindset.
• Possess a sharp eye for detail and high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Strong communicator and team builder with a passion for creating a positive and empowering workplace.
• Comfortable operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Experience with problem/conflict resolution
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays on occasion based on business need

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and weather
• Lift up to 60 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• May require extended hours or weekend shifts.
• Fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with multiple clients
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Work at the Valencia Hub location in Valencia, California
