Happy Returns, a UPS Company, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Shoemakersville, PA. You will lead a team of 15–30 hourly specialists in a fast-paced, automation-enabled facility, drive performance, coach talent, and maintain a safe, energized workplace.

This on-site role requires a B.S./B.A. and 3+ years in warehouse leadership; you’ll manage KPIs, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required.
• 3+ years leading teams in fast-paced warehouses.
• Comfort with automation, data, and KPIs.
• Strong communication and people development skills.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15–30 hourly warehouse specialists.
