Responsibilities

• Own and automate the end-to-end operational lifecycle for employees.
• Lead critical initiatives including migrating Apple MDM platforms.
• Set up and maintain secure endpoint configurations for devices.
• Implement and manage business applications with zero-trust enforcement.
• Investigate root causes of issues instead of applying quick fixes.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver efficient tools and processes.
