Job summary

U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the Enterprise Architecture and Engineering organization. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive automation, and promote AI-enabled workflows to deliver aligned outcomes.

You will report to the Head Engineer, develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture documentation, and manage project planning, execution, and KPI/OKR tracking across portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineering experience is preferred.
• Basic coding skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Kotlin).
• Experience with AI developer tools and cross-functional project delivery.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on portfolio initiatives.
• Automate reporting and processes to reduce manual work.
• Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture documentation.
• Drive design discussions and consensus on solution architecture.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute technology projects; track OKR/KPI.
