Job summary

The ideal candidate has prior software engineering experience and strong project management skills, with a track record of collaborating across product, design, and backend teams to ship complex initiatives.

You will work with senior engineering leaders to automate reporting, promote AI tools, write technical docs, and coordinate multi‑discipline projects from concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or comparable experience.
• Professional experience as an Engineer.
• Basic coding skills with Bash, Python, Kotlin.
• Experience with AI developer tools.
• Knowledge of systems design and facilitating technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head Engineer on reporting and deliverables.
• Assist the Head Engineer as needed.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture on key projects.
• Automate reporting and processes to minimize manual work.
• Promote and use AI tools within the portfolio.
• Develop Enterprise Architecture documentation.
• Drive design discussions and converge on solution architecture decisions across all stakeholders.
• Plan and manage technology-focused projects, aligning with objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports in PM tools.
• Track OKRs/KPIs to measure project performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across sponsors, team, and partners.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to align tech initiatives with business goals.
