Qualifications

Experience developing and deploying automation and digital strategies.
Background in manufacturing engineering and automated production operations.
Experience with complex OT/IT systems integration.
Proven multidisciplinary project/program leadership experience.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost accounting skills.
Experience managing stakeholder, vendor, customer, and supplier relationships.
Experience with computer system, equipment, and process validation.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy automation and digital strategies that improve business outcomes.
Select, scope, and implement automation and digital solutions.
Lead programs and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and industry partners.
Provide engineering support to optimize plant equipment, machinery, manufacturing processes, and production operations.
Prepare validation plans, URS, equipment specifications, project expenditure requests, and business justification documents.
Support computer system, equipment, and process validation activities.
Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous process improvement.
Maintain machine and plant equipment drawings and engineering documentation.
Research and implement emerging automation, digital, OT, IT, and manufacturing technologies.
Administer maintenance management systems and support compliance with OSHA and applicable environmental regulations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company requirements.
