Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of hands-on technical support with system/network administration duties.
- Experience in managed services or multi-client environments preferred.
- Strong documentation and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 helpdesk support across client environments.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory within scope.
- Provision accounts and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs.
- Support on-site client dispatch and incident response activities.
