Job summary

CAZ Investments is seeking an IT Support & Innovation Associate to join our team. The role focuses on building scalable, automated IT support capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem to improve reliability and day-to-day user experience for all team members.

You will own onboarding workflows, manage Microsoft 365/Azure environments, and design self-service resources while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver repeatable automation and strong security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent practical experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years IT support, systems administration, or endpoint management experience, preferably in professional or financial services environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Intune/Azure and device lifecycle management, including security best practices.
• Ability to script (PowerShell preferred; Python/JavaScript a plus) and work with APIs/webhooks and data formats (JSON/CSV).
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve onboarding/offboarding and device setup to reduce manual support effort.
• Lead Microsoft 365 and Azure support, including Entra ID, Intune, and related workflows.
• Automate common requests and recurring fixes using scripting and workflow tools.
• Develop self-service resources (articles, forms) to boost ticket efficiency and resolution consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate pain points into scalable automation.
• Maintain runbooks and standards to enable repeatable execution and reduce ad-hoc support.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and trend analysis to address tech risks.
• Support ongoing improvement of the firm’s Microsoft ecosystem and workflows.
