Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture seeks a Compliance Training Facilitator to support the GRC team by designing and delivering engaging compliance training content and workshops. You will identify gaps, drive maturity, and foster a culture of security across the organization.

Responsibilities include delivering live trainings, adapting content for diverse audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to continuously improve the curriculum and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity, IT, education, or communications.
• 3+ years in Cybersecurity, GRC, IT operations, incident response, emergency management, or technical training/facilitation.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to lead discussions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live training sessions on security, privacy, and compliance.
• Lead interactive discussions, use cases, and activities to enhance learning and retention.
• Adapt content and delivery to varied audiences from new hires to executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve training materials and curriculum.
• Administer post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Develop new courses, tabletop exercises, and training materials; track attendance and completion.
