Job summary

DoubleLine is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst in Los Angeles to develop and deliver standard and customized reporting for separate account and sub-advised clients. The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and collaboration across teams to automate and improve reporting processes.

The candidate will backup the Performance Specialist, support performance reporting and validation, and assist with GIPS compliance and account maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with client reporting and performance measurement preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with data, reporting, and automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of fixed income instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce and validate standard and custom reporting for clients.
• Develop and implement new reports based on client requirements.
• Back up the Performance Specialist in performance reporting and validation.
• Leverage data, technology, automation, and AI to improve processes.
• Coordinate with IT to advance automation initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc client requests and internal needs.
• Maintain well-documented processes and notes.
• Support GIPS compliance and account setup/maintenance.
