Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Distribution Center machine operator for the 2nd shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 5pm–3:30am). You will operate automated equipment, perform minor adjustments, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across the distribution network.

Responsibilities include LOTO on equipment, jam clearance, and collaboration with a diverse team in a safety-conscious environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for experience in regulated food

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual and automated equipment.
• Experience performing quality tests.
• Experience in regulated food manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Diploma or GED; military service considered.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in diverse teams and in safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work variable shifts to support business needs.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (FDA/Global) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate system controls and minor machine adjustments for automation (gantry, ASRS, tote/carton systems).
• Perform Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) on equipment.
• Clear jams throughout the system.
