Job description

Akkodis is seeking an Automation Developer Mid for a Contract job with a client in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Candidates must have experience designing and developing automation solutions, with strong skills in scripting, workflow creation, and system integration.

Rate Range: $62/hour to $63/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Automation Developer Mid job responsibilities include:

• Design and develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.

• Integrate automation tools with existing systems and data sources, including Power BI, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

• Test, debug, and maintain automation solutions, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.

• Document technical specifications and user guides and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers to ensure consistent delivery of automation best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation development or a similar role.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation scripts using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Selenium.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize and streamline complex business processes.

Pay Details: $62.00 to $63.00 per hour
