Job Summary
The Intelligent Automation Developer III creates and implements Bot Automation process solutions based on client requirements and in accordance with standard automation tool design principles and conventions.

Essential Functions

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI/ML and intelligent automation can be applied to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and deliver tangible business benefits.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for AI/ML and intelligent automation projects; translate business needs into technical specifications.
3. Analyze and preprocess data to ensure its quality, relevance, and suitability for AI/ML model development; collaborate with data engineers to establish data pipelines and data governance.
4. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve business challenges which may involve selecting appropriate algorithms, feature engineering, model training, and optimization.
5. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation using technologies like robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent process automation (IPA); create and maintain automation workflows.
6. Monitor the performance of deployed AI/ML models and automation solutions; continuously assess their accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness, and iterate on improvements as necessary.
7. Collaborate with IT, data science, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML and automation solutions into existing systems and workflows.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, processes, and automation workflows; ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and automation technologies; proactively explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the organization's capabilities.
10. Provide training and support to end-users who interact with AI/ML models or automated systems; address queries and troubleshoot issues as needed.
11. Design process workflows using UiPath including building, testing, and implementing quality RPA solutions.
12. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.
13. Mentor other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications.
14. Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for various projects.
15. Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
16. Research and document requirements of software users.
17. Assist and contribute to the Architectural Council on all software solutions designed or purchased at CareSource.
18. Clarify and drive team goals on a technical level, ensuring solutions align with department and CareSource vision.
19. Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards to support procurement and development efforts.
20. Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
21. Assist the Architectural Council with technical knowledge regarding emerging technologies to help drive strategy.
22. Assist management with resource and release planning.
23. Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
24. Define architecture and design for enterprise applications.
25. Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
26. Lead projects from a development standpoint and coordinate activities with developer teams as needed.
27. Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
28. Assist in software deployment as required based on build specifications.
29. Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to resolve problems with software products or systems.
30. Perform technical code reviews of peers to ensure proper coding methodology.
31. Perform any other job-related instructions as requested.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor of Science in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of .Net Development experience.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of Robotic Process Automation experience.
4. Experience in end-to-end development of business processes using UiPath RPA.
5. UiPath Orchestrator experience.
6. AI/ML/Generative AI experience.
7. Experience with multi-tier application development (preferred).
8. UML Modeling experience (preferred).

Skills and Knowledge

• Object-based programming languages: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Python.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Schema coding.
• Project Management practices.
• Web service development.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Relational database experience, including tuning and stored procedures.
• Experience with Windows OS and SQL Server.

Salary Range

$81,400 - $130,200. Compensation considers education, experience, and role scope. Additional bonuses and benefits offered.
