Job summary

Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) is hiring a Form and Workflow Automation Designer to design and support automated workflows across ALSDE platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Perfect Forms, DocuSign, and more. You will handle forms, contracts, MOAs, memorandums, and related documents.

The role requires collaboration with the ALSDE Project Sponsor/Manager and delivery of comprehensive documentation, training, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or MOS Certification or 2+ years documented work experience in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Experience with MS Office Applications, HTML , JSON , API Management

Responsibilities

• Support and Design Services for existing ALSDE workflow tools
• Development of new automated workflows integrated across ALSDE platform tools
• Other closely related professional services typically associated with automated workflow, form design, integrations, and process improvement
