Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline is required.
• 1-2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or automation preferred.
• Internship or capstone experience strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with CAD, DFM, Lean, Six Sigma, or related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and organizing engineering standards and documentation.
• Maintain ERA standards library with version control.
• Capture lessons learned from pilot projects and translate into guidance.
• Prepare playbooks, checklists, and training materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure standards reflect practical needs.
• Support capital projects, DFM pilots, and automation initiatives.
• Gather project data and track action items.
• Review drawings and project documentation with senior engineers.
• Participate in site assessments and cross-functional reviews.
