Qualifications

• Industrial engineer with manufacturing environment experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience with material handling equipment or automation environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through launch readiness and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects, retrofits, and building designs.
• Design and develop efficient layouts for warehouses and delivery centers, optimizing space and workflow.
• Integrate automation solutions into facility designs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and develop simulation models.
• Conduct spatial integration and trade studies, managing schedule, scope, and cost from concept to completion.
