Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–10+ years of experience in machine design, automation, or industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and PLM/PDM systems; knowledge of GD&T and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Design custom mechanical systems and automated production equipment.
• Develop 3D CAD models and detailed fabrication drawings.
• Define system architectures and perform tolerance analyses (GD&T).
• Select and integrate motors, linear motion systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic hardware.
• Collaborate with controls, process, and manufacturing teams to ensure design integration.
• Support machine build, debugging, and commissioning with hands-on iteration.
