Job summary

DXC Technology in San Francisco/Oakland is seeking a Manager Software Engineering - RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy UiPath automation solutions. You will create technical specs, integrate RESTful APIs, manage orchestrator APIs, and work with credential management tools such as Azure Key Vault and CyberArk.

The role requires collaboration across teams in Agile/Scrum environments, troubleshooting complex automation issues, and staying current with UiPath AI/ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with UiPath and other RPA tools and cognitive platforms.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, C/C++, VBScript, Java, JavaScript, or .NET).
• Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and automation best practices.
• Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
• Create technical specification documents (SDD) and align with business requirements.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs within UiPath ecosystem.
• Leverage Orchestrator APIs and manage API publishing through APIM tools.
• Work with credential management tools such as Azure Key Vault and CyberArk.
• Configure and utilize Datadog for logging, monitoring, and alerting of automation workflows and infrastructure health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with external systems of record (ERP, CRM, Databases).
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and provide production support.
• Stay updated on UiPath AI/ML capabilities and explore applicability.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
