Qualifications

• Hands-on industrial troubleshooting experience (electrical and mechanical).

• Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors.
• Strong collaboration with a growing production team and a focus on uptime.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues on industrial equipment, with emphasis on conveyor systems and automation.
• Comfortably interface around PLCs (Allen‑Bradley), VFDs, and Fanuc robots; support troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
• Perform mechanical repairs on gearboxes, motors, and belt drives to keep assets running reliably.
• Execute working PMs during longer production runs to minimize downtime and sustain output targets.
• Support outdoor equipment—about 25% of the job involves working at heights on outside conveyors, motors, and hoppers.
