Holland Sharpe Inc. is seeking an Automation & Drives Maintenance Specialist to keep our manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. You’ll diagnose tough faults across electrical and mechanical systems and bring complex machines back to life.

In this role you’ll assess issues quickly, minimize downtime, document work thoroughly, and hand off to the next team. A strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and 480V power distribution is essential for success.
