Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical/Automation field preferred.
• 3+ years' experience supporting industrial automation or controls in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Experience with Rockwell platforms and industrial communication protocols.

Responsabilités

• Design, troubleshoot, and support industrial control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and plant networks
• Install, configure, and commission automation equipment and control system upgrades
• Support factory operations through monitoring and optimization of OT and industrial networks
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime
• Configure and maintain VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation
• Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement and project effectiveness
• Perform inspections of control system architecture for standards compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and process improvements
• Support system documentation, backups, and change management best practices
