Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled Controls Technician for our Stoughton, WI facility. The role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining, and improving automation and control systems to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, work with electrical schematics, and collaborate with engineering to implement upgrades, while maintaining strict safety standards and documenting all changes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electrical/automation field.
• Experience as a Controls Technician or similar role.
• Solid understanding of control systems, PLCs, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot control systems and equipment issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades.
• Document maintenance activities and system changes.
• Assist in development and testing of new control strategies.
• Provide technical support to production teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
