Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in automated manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, drives, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and robotics.
• Experience with Allen–Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000 and Siemens software.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unplanned downtime or machine breakdowns.
• Plan and perform maintenance for non-routine issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Design, fabricate, install mechanical/electronic equipment; implement program changes.
• Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing shutdowns and major maintenance.
• Provide training and guidance to other employees as required.
• Work with minimal supervision and maintain shop cleanliness.
