Bakerly is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our United States plant. The role requires five+ years in industrial maintenance, with strong electrical and automation controls expertise.

Qualifications
- At least five years of industrial maintenance experience, including electrical and automation controls.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and PLC logic.
- Experience with Siemens/ Allen Bradley PLC-based controls.
- Knowledge of sensors, drives, HMIs, and plant networks.
- Capable of working independently during production disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-based process and HMI systems.
- Inspect and calibrate sensors, drives, and control devices.
- Read electrical schematics and PLC logic to diagnose faults.
- Coordinate automation projects and timelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and leadership.
- Support start-ups, operations, changeovers, and disruptions.
- Update preventive maintenance plans to reduce repeats.
- Document work in maintenance system and report improvements.
- Train operators and maintenance staff on automation systems.
- Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures; GMP compliance.
