Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a senior controls and process engineer to lead troubleshooting and optimization of automated equipment, and to research and recommend new manufacturing solutions. You will collaborate with operations, R&D, quality, and safety teams to support production and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes ladder logic/PLC controls, electrical schematics, sensors, vision systems, and CAD-enabled design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience with controls and automation.
• CAD competency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development from design to production release.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and expand robotics, motion control, and vision systems.
• Determine parts, equipment, tools, and processes to meet specs.
• Support PFMEA management for processes.
• Manage deployment transitions from development to production.
• Ensure manufacturability early in NPD introduc­tion.
