Atlas Copco Grayling, MI is looking for a skilled Controls Engineer to design, program, and implement control systems for automated feeding equipment, collaborating with mechanical and software teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in controls engineering, preferably in automation or feeding systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI development for Allen Bradley and Siemens.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for automated feeding equipment using PLCs, HMIs, sensors and actuators.
- Program and debug PLCs and HMIs for custom automation solutions (Allen Bradley and Siemens).
- Create electrical schematics and panel layouts with AutoCAD and EPLAN.
- Collaborate with mechanical/software teams to integrate controls with systems.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning as needed.
