Corning Inc. seeks an Electrical Controls Engineer to improve production controls within the Firing area at the Painted Post, NY facility. You will design, build, program, test, and debug automated process machines and collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance to implement new functionality.

You will work in a cross-functional team, uphold safety and quality improvements, and contribute to demonstrating real impact through advanced manufacturing processes and system integration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent field required.
• 1–3 years of controls, automation experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with state-of-the-art controls solutions including machine/motion control systems and electro-mechanical systems.

Mansioni

• Design, build, program, test, and debug automated process machines in manufacturing.
• Provide cross-functional support with engineering, operations, and maintenance.
