Qualifications

• Experience with industrial electrical systems, controls, automation, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with PLC programming, instrumentation, motor controls, power distribution, and industrial networking.
• Ability to write and validate code for CNC fabrication equipment and to design electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Write code for CNC machining processes.
• Operate nesting software for laser cutting process.
• Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, equipment specification, installation, startup, and validation.
• Support PLC, HMI, robotics, motion control, and data acquisition systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase reliability, quality, and operating efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and project teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for manufacturing applications.
