Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electro-Mechanical/ Mechatronics or related field is required.
• 5+ years of controls or equipment engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs, motion control, and electrical design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical controls support for 24/7 manufacturing; diagnose issues and verify corrective actions.
• Create and manage project plans with scope, schedule, and costs.
• Track production and quality metrics; maintain dashboards for decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives; mentor peers.
