Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the New England area is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer Manager to lead the automation, software and controls teams in planning, coding, testing and implementation for robotics projects.

The role focuses on reviewing PLC/HMI architectures, developing robust machine control software, and expanding the software library. Travel within the New England area is required to support customer facilities and project deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with programming robotic systems.
• PLC ladder logic and HMI Programming experience in Allen Bradley Studio 5000.

Responsibilities

• Lead Automation, Software and Controls Engineers to achieve i2i goals.
• Review PLC, and HMI architecture of the team throughout the design process to ensure i2i standards are followed and for ensure functionality for the application.
• Develops code for robotic systems used in various applications and integrates communication with other controls systems as required.
