Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in Industrial Automation or industrial tech (software or hardware).
• Experience leading strategy, talent transformation and P&L ownership.
• Strong financial, pricing and analytical skills.
• On-site in Lisle, IL; ability to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Automation Connectivity segment to drive growth and profitability.
• Own growth through voice of customer, product ownership, and development.
• Foster innovation in power and electrical interconnect technologies.
• Lead, coach, and secure senior sponsorship; remove barriers.
• Present opportunities to leadership and align teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support existing and new customers.
