Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a CNC Operator to join the manufacturing team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves initiating equipment setup, selecting tooling, loading stock, and maintaining part quality to specification throughout the production run.

You will document production data, ensure safety and SOP adherence, and work with team members to keep the line running efficiently. Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with CNC and machine programming skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Citizen C16 Swiss Turning Centers (or comparable) preferred.
• Experience with minor programming of machinery using M & G machine code.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs and operates CNC equipment to specification.
• Transfers required programs between PC and machine.
• Loads bar stock and sets up tooling.
• Inspects parts for conformance and records data.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe operation of work cell and equipment.
• Produces production reports and tracks time/materials/scrap.
