Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Indiana is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and service die casting equipment and related automation. You will diagnose electrical and hydraulic systems, read schematics, and use PLC interfaces to troubleshoot.

The role requires safety-conscious workmanship in a heavy manufacturing setting, with opportunities to supervise small teams. Ideal candidates have a technical diploma or equivalent experience and strong TPM knowledge, with focus on reliability,

Qualifications

Technical school diploma in related field.
At least one year maintenance experience or High School Diploma with at least 5 years maintenance experience.
Ability to work unsupervised or to supervise small groups.
Strong knowledge of TPM activities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in PLC Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Perform emergency machine repairs and rebuild machinery plant wide.
Diagnose and read electrical, pneumatic schematics, understand symbols, and take corrective action.
Understand PLC operation and use PLC interface to diagnose problems.
Troubleshoot Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrical.
Troubleshoot automation and robotics.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
