Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a senior Maintenance Technician III to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across automated systems. You will lead root cause analyses, mentor junior technicians, and support upgrades, trials, and capital projects.

The role requires strong PLC, servo, and electrical troubleshooting skills, plus CMMS documentation and leadership abilities. 3+ years in automated environments and a HS diploma (technical training preferred) are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance in automated environments.
• Strong PLC, servo, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CMMS and industrial networking.
• Ability to read complex electrical schematics.
• Leadership, mentoring, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across automation systems.
• Lead root cause analyses (RCA) and implement reliability improvements.
• Mentor Maintenance Technicians I & II.
• Support equipment upgrades, trials, and capital projects.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and system documentation.
• Document maintenance activities and system performance in CMMS.
