Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Fund Group Lead within its Project Delivery Talent Model to oversee a hybrid fund portfolio for a global investment manager. You will manage end-to-end delivery, supervise a global team, and drive automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engagement managers, Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality fund accounting deliverables and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fund accounting experience including NAV reporting and investor servicing
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities, tight deadlines, and diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience partnering with technology teams to enhance systems, automate processes, or develop new analytical capabilities
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work and clients served

Responsibilities

• NAV Reporting - Leading the review and validation of net asset value calculations for complex hybrid fund structures, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence
• Investor Servicing - Overseeing review of investor-facing deliverables ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Cash Management - Directing cash reconciliation and funding processes with controls
• General Fund Accounting Support - QA across recurring fund accounting activities and resolving discrepancies
• Team Leadership - Managing a global team of fund accountants and reviewers across time zones
• Process Automation & Efficiency - Identifying opportunities to automate manual reviews and partnering with tech teams
