1P284 THE CARLYLE GROUP EMPLOYEE CO., LLC seeks an Associate Vice President to lead finance operations across Accounting, AR, Billing and Payroll, owning the process and systems landscape and directing AI-driven transformations. The AVP serves as the technology champion, ensuring data integrity, controls, and GAAP compliance while guiding a portfolio of high‑value use cases.

In‑Office Requirement: 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting operations and systems.
• Experience across GL, AR, Billing, and Payroll.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and automation strategy for GL, AR, Billing, and Payroll.
• Own end-to-end record-to-report and order-to-cash processes.
• Drive governance, data integrity, and SOX/compliance.
• Manage agile delivery and cross-functional partnerships.
• Oversee vendor and consultant relationships.
