Job summary

The Campbell Soup Company in Franklin, Wisconsin is hiring an Auto Case Packer to operate and maintain packaging lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will review production schedules, monitor codes, and support continuous production while minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or industrial environment.
• Ability to operate packaging equipment and perform changeovers.
• Strong attention to detail for quality and efficiency.
• Able to read production schedules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated packaging equipment.
• Review production schedules and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Monitor codes, dates, pricing, weights and appearance for quality.
• Maintain supplies of packaging materials and roll stock.
• Perform setup, changeovers, adjustments, sanitation, startup and shutdown.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to improve efficiency.
• Monitor film cutoffs, bag seals, and package integrity.
• Ensure equipment runs at established standards and speeds.
• Handle and sort product runoff according to procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitation up to standard.
• Report malfunctions and safety hazards to leadership or maintenance.
