Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, production, or packaging.
• Ability to safely operate packaging equipment and perform changeovers.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated packaging and case packing equipment.
• Review production schedules and prepare materials to meet needs.
• Monitor packaging codes, dates, weights, and product appearance.
• Perform setup, changeovers, sanitation, and startup activities.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to leadership.
• Maintain clean equipment and work areas.
• Support overtime and additional duties as needed.
