Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced IT Lead to oversee configuration, administration, and upgrade planning for enterprise systems across ERP, financial, HR, and asset management domains. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and compliance within a complex IT landscape.

You will translate business and regulatory needs into system configurations, workflows, and reporting solutions, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, validating data, and leading user adoption and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a computer-related field.
• Minimum 4 years administering or supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, or system modules.
• Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and working with software vendors.
• Experience with data management, data validation, or data integrations (API-based, ETL, or import/export).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or approved equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer enterprise applications, including workflows, modules, security roles, and user roles.
• Analyze requirements and configure system workflows, rules, and forms to standardize processes.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades; participate in testing and deployment planning.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity; design and monitor the system database and data flows.
• Coordinate integrations between ERP, EAM, LIMS, SCADA, GIS, and other systems.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and extracts for operational metrics and audits.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and train users to ensure adoption.
• Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders for enhancements and issue resolution.
