Job summary

OSI Engineering in Raymond, OH is seeking a Software (Automation) Engineer to support automation and analytics within its vehicle development team, focusing on automation, data management, and reporting with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. You will design automated workflows with Power Automate, build Power BI dashboards, integrate REST APIs, and collaborate with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and process improvements
Hands-on experience with system integrations and REST APIs
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI
Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Build and support SharePoint-based solutions (Lists, Forms, document management, workflows)
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide visibility into team metrics, resource allocation, and project performance
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Integrate systems and data sources using REST APIs and other integration tools
Create and maintain automation solutions leveraging scripting tools such as PowerShell and Python (preferred)
Support and enhance collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence
Test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows and solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions
Create documentation, training materials, and user guides for developed tools
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for automation and reporting solutions
