Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions across Accounting Services, improving financial reporting, automation, and controls. This hybrid role collaborates with stakeholders and delivers scalable technology for the close process and analytics.

You will work with SAP and Blackline data, build AI-enabled workflows, and help modernize legacy apps while maintaining reliability and security.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
Minimum five years of professional application development experience.
Advanced SQL and Power Platform experience.
Experience with SAP and Blackline is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain business apps, automation, reports, dashboards, and system integrations.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Collaborate with partners to manage projects, define scope and milestones.
Modernize legacy applications and implement AI-enabled automation.
Provide documentation and support across multiple Accounting Services functions.
